Company law
For entrepreneurs in the creative and media industry, the value of a business lies above all in the work, the rights and the brand. That gives doing business in this sector a character of its own.

Trade name law
Protection of a trade name arises through use, not through registration. As soon as you actually use a name in the course of trade, you build up rights under the Trade Names Act.

Contract law
Contract law governs the agreements between parties and what happens if one of them fails to comply with those agreements. We draft contracts and assist you in disputes.

Art law
Anyone who works with art works with value. A painting or sculpture represents money, a collection carries cultural significance, a museum has a reputation to protect and for an artist there is the legacy the work leaves behind.

Fashion law
A collection goes from sketch to shop in a few months. A copy sometimes faster still. We help fashion brands and designers protect their designs and trade marks. We also draft their contracts with factories, agents and shops.

Image rights
You can object to the publication of a non-commissioned portrait if you have a legitimate interest. That legitimate interest may be a moral interest (for example the right to privacy) or a commercial interest.

Design law
Design law protects the appearance of new products such as clothing, furniture or packaging. We guide you through filing your design, through the scope of protection and in the event of infringement.

Employment law
Employment law is about the rights and obligations of employers and employees. From employment contracts and dismissal procedures, to illness, compensation and inappropriate behaviour.

We are

We are experts, and curiosity is what keeps us that way. It gives us a well-grounded view of the question in front of us, and it pushes us to keep developing what we know.
